Blog Entry: The person that I employee, took my work trucks to
help a bussiness friend of me and brother move his stuff into storage. I didn't think they would
do anything stupid or reckless My mistake! They proved me wrong, oh how so they
did. These guys are 24 and 23, not much younger than me maybe 2 years. I would have thought they would have
more common sense than this! Instead of coming back to the please of
business, dropping off the truck. The way i get it, the guy takes them out to
eat, these girls come in and get around messing with them. The Business friend Stan is about 48, he could not do anything with these boys. So the only one that has vaild Drivers License leave with the girls Wonderful! So the the other 2 that are left there design that hey we have only been drinking for 4 hours lets drive home. A
close friend of my brother called, related the message
to my brother Scott while we were Key west. That the cops have drop Stan at his place he is so drunk he can not speak this happen like at 6:30PM last Wednesday. Now after reading the police report and getting my work truck out of impound lot. I see now that One of them matt 23, was driving the truck at the time of accident. Just a week earlier he was caught driving without license. So he is charge with Hit and run, Driving without a license, and DUI. Thank god the truck was in my name not the companies. I had to let these boys go, that have served me well. They are honest, but not really that smart i was happy to deal with that. They were at the point where i could leave my business have a vacation and know it was in good hands. This sent me in realm of pissed off, i never knew was there. I had to drop everything in Key west drive 14 hours back. Handle this shit and I still didnt get to even fish! I end up calling of the girlfriend/ wife of the boys to try to find them. She went into a long rant, about how she called them 2 girls pick of the phone and the drama started about who going to screw who. I said ok...I but told her he sitting in jail right now this is what happen. She told me he doesnt respect you and your family for help you have giving us. More or less she hoped i would kick his ass. I
just do not get it, i am not much older than them. They have kids and
wifes, it doesnt make any sense. I trained them and even tried to teach them about race, nation folk and faith. Killed a little of me... When they needed help, to move out of the dark part of town. I knew of some people that rented homes with in walking distance of my business so he could be on work on time. It still wasnt a good part of town but at least it was white. I bought them lunch everyday, they had future here if they wanted it. The boys took alot pressure off of me, now have start over and train another person for another 6 month to year before they are where these boys where. A lot job will not put up with there crap like I did or nor will other be as good to them. I am still pissed off about it.. I go out of my want to hire at least Americans I really try to hire whites. That goodwill will not happen again, ill play by the rules this time. Right now I had to hire a mexican, to get what work need to be done done... but hopifull that will not last long.
